If you have received a damaged item or it does not match the description mentioned, you can return it to us and get a replacement within 10 days of delivery at no extra cost. Please contact us with your replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery of the product.
The product should be returned in its actual condition at the time of delivery. The packaging should be returned in an undamaged condition with the product.
Damages due to misuse of product are not covered under the policy. Replacement can be for the entire product or part(s) of the product subject to availability of the same.
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. You can do so by calling us on business days during business hours 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. India time.
An order cannot be cancelled in case a product has already been shipped and/or delivery has already been made.
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us approximately 3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same.
However, for having the money transferred back to the source of transaction, it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by us.
The refund would be made upon deduction of all applicable charges including bank charges and/or courier charges. For part refund, the amount shall depend on the remaining order value. For example, if the original order value is Rs. 1500/- and a refund request is made for a product worth Rs. 800/-, the applicable deductions shall include the bank charges and courier charges of Rs. 150/- because the value of remaining order is 700/-, hence, the courier charges shall apply.
All return/refund requests must accompany original physical invoice.
